Please Read Carefully

Ordering Requirements:	Our initial order minimum is $200.00. Re-orders must be at least $50.00. Minimum quantities must be met when ordering each item to receive the respective price break..

Regarding Size and Color:	Since we are dealing with natural and hand-made products, size and colors given are approximate and should not be deemed otherwise.

Terms:	For those firms placing an initial order, we suggest charge card for faster service personal check will only delay. We accept Money Orders, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Sorry, we do not accept COD orders. To those firms satisfactorily completing our credit application, we will extend terms. Please allow ample time for credit check. Our terms are NET 30 DAYS with no other discounts allowed. There will be a 1.5% per month service charge on past due invoices.

Shipping:	All shipments are F.O.B. our warehouse, Bay St. Louis, MS. Freight charges are to be paid by customer. We always ship the best possible way if preference is not indicated. Non-delivered shipments are subject to re-shipping charges. Shipments consisting of 10 or more cartons or weighing over 200 pounds will be sent by truck line. All truck shipments are sent "Freight Collect". Other orders will be sent by UPS.

Claims:	For breakage, all claims must be made directly to the delivering carrier. Shipping carton and packing materials must be held for inspection. On visible damage, you should have carrier make notation on arrival. Since we are dealing with natural and hand-made products, size and colors given are approximate and should not be deemed otherwise.

Discrepancies or shortages:	Should you have discrepancies in your order, please notify the office at 1-800-748-8828 within 10 days of receipt of goods. You will then be advised concerning the matter.

Back Orders:	We do carry back orders and will advise you if an item is due in soon or within 30 days. Back orders will be shipped unless you advise us to cancel the order.

Packing:	Many of our shells are pre-packed 10, 12, 20, 28, 50, or 100 pieces per bag or carton. We may adjust your order slightly to accommodate our packing.

Visitors to our warehouse and showroom are welcome, however an appointment is neccassary
